EASELS
- THIS IS THE KIND OF EASEL HE WILL NEED. It does NOT have to be this EXACT kind, but one that is sturdy like this one.
- Sturdiness is the key.
- When he writes on the easels, he cometimes hits them quite hard, thus, the sturdiness keeps them from falling down.
- THIS IS NOT THE KIND OF EASEL HE CAN USE. IT IS NOT STURDY
- These kind of easels fall easily when written on (especially when hit hard, as Col G often does!)

This is the paper he will need for the easels (2 pads)
TWO TABLES
- Please have two tables (preferably long ones) situated near the front. He will have his books on them. Again, the tables need to be near the platform (slightly off to the right or the left).
- The photo shows him selling his boks to attendees from his 2 tables.
DOCUMENT CAMERA (photo)
- He will also have a document camera with him. It is a type of overhead projector.
- He will need to plug it into your system so that when he lays a document on it, it will appear on the screen (think of it as a computer being plugged into your system and its images appearing on the projector). HE WILL HAVE HIS DOCUMENT CAMERA WITH HIM.
- The outlet on his camera document reader can be VGA or HTMI. You may have to have a separate projector, or if you have a cord that is long enough to reach the stage (or wherever the sound booth is), that will be sufficient.
- He will need a hand-held cordless microphone (not a mic that he wears around his face or attaches to his shirt
Carl Chinn needs
- One (1) Table
- A cordless microphone he can wear
- Carl uses Power Point
- He needs to be able to advance his own slides. Thus, he will need to be able to advance his own slids from the stage. HE CANNOT ALLOW SOMEONE ELSE TO ADVANCE HIS SLIDES (this is true for ALL spakers who use Power Point)
